Parotta Recipe

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.       Add salt, sugar and water to Naga Maida. Knead well till it becomes pliable dough.

2.   Prepare even sized pedas from the dough. Apply oil and cover the pedas with wet cloth for 20 minutes.

3.     Use oil to roll out the pedas as thin as possible with roller. Hold two edges of the spread and swirl it tightly.

4.     Flatten and Cook the Parotta in hot tawa. Drizzle oil whenever it is needed.


5.       Serve the Parotta with your favourites.
